As an Insurance Customer Service representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction and providing them with the assistance they need.


In this position, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from policyholders, addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate information regarding their insurance policies. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential in effectively explaining policy details, coverage options, and claim procedures.


We are looking for someone who is customer-oriented and genuinely cares about meeting and exceeding our clients' expectations.
