Are you ready to kick-start your career in the automotive industry? Coyle Automotive is actively seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as full-time Automotive Oil Change Technicians.

 

Experience: Preferred but Not Required

 

Even if you're new to the car business, fear not Our comprehensive ground-floor training program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills for success. With hands-on service drive training led by our veteran Service Technicians, you'll quickly become familiar with tools, equipment, and procedures, paving the way for your growth and advancement within Coyle Automotive.

 

What We're Looking For:

 

We're searching for self-driven and hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an Oil Change Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the performance of our service department. Reporting directly to the shop foreman and service manager, you'll be an integral part of our team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Complete thorough vehicle inspections
  • Communicate oil levels effectively with teammates
  • Ensure proper tire pressure for optimal performance
  • Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
  • Perform oil drain plug and oil filter replacements
  • Clean and lubricate fittings as required
  • Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing customer satisfaction above all else
