TITLE: Resource Analyst

LOCATION: Ridgecrest, CA

CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Active DoD Secret Clearance

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, On-site

POSITION SUMMARY

EWA Warrior Services is seeking a Resource Analyst to assist program and project managers in continuously evaluating processes to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within our payroll, accounting, and contracts departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):

  • Reconcile invoices for completeness and accuracy of all direct/indirect costs, i.e. labor, purchases, travel.
  • Complete invoice coding for joint venture and final customer billing.
  • Work with Program & Project Managers to develop ROMs, Task Order proposals, ETCs, and project budgets.
  • Monitor contract spending to stay within budget and estimate funding needs at Delivery Order level.
  • Prepare monthly / annual financial CDRL and other required reporting.
  • Work with Corporate Payroll, Accounting and Contracts Depts to establish new projects as necessary.
  • Construct background documentation as directed on programmatic and resource analyses.
  • Assists in other tasks and projects as requested such as reviewing/submitting purchase requests.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • 3-5 years in any Finance & Accounting disciplines.
  • 2-3 years of related experience in program planning and implementation, contract interpretation, budget development and tracking, and/or government project administration.
  • Must demonstrate a working knowledge of various Government contracting concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects, communicate with various internal and external stakeholders, and provide administrative support to contract leadership.
  • Must possess advanced Excel skills; including the ability to interpret a reporting requirement and frame appropriate formulas to present data as necessary.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years’ experience with Deltek Costpoint.
  • Ability to work in a cross functional role within a small high-performing team and communicate effectively.
  • Experience should be in support of DoD efforts, including no less than two of the following activities:
    1. Performing cost analysis
    2. Reconciliation of accounts and invoices
    3. Financial planning and forecasting
    4. Budget analysis and execution
    5. Formulating financial programs and budgets
    6. Expenditure tracking
