Mental Health Therapist

Classification: Full-Time & Remote or Hybrid

Fil Staffing is looking for a licensed therapist to join a leading mental health organization in Maryland (Gaithersburg or Frederick).

Job Requirements:

  • Fully licensed in the state of MD (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
  • 2+ years of experience providing treatment to adult, young adult, and or adolescent populations
  • Experience caring for a diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, trauma-related disorders, eating disorders, and more.
  • Skilled in evidence-based clinical treatment methods and applying interventions with patients in crisis.
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to patients.
  • Work closely with team to provide integrated care
  • Employ evidence-based treatment modalities with patients
