Finance Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Assist with long term, annual, bi-annual, and monthly profit plan development
  • Assist with annual and monthly company policy development and tracking
  • Work with related departments on cost improvement activities
  • Responsible for reporting labor, expense, investment plan vs actual
  • Investigate expense variances and trends to identify opportunities for kaizen
  • Assist with Standard Cost development
  • Coordinate and be responsible for routine monthly reporting and meetings
  • Develop strong relationship with other internal departments and intercompany sales teams
Additional Considerations
  • Presentation experience desired
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including executive management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or other related Business discipline
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
