The HVAC Service Manager will work from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with additional on-call responsibilities. This schedule ensures a balance between consistent work hours and the flexibility to address urgent needs as they arise.

As the HVAC Service Manager, you will begin your day by overseeing a team of skilled HVAC technicians, ensuring they are prepared and equipped for their assignments. You will coordinate service schedules to optimize efficiency and meet client needs effectively. Throughout the day, you will apply your troubleshooting expertise to resolve HVAC issues, maintaining the highest standards of service. You will engage in hands-on problem-solving, using your tools and knowledge to guide your team through complex challenges. By fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, you will mentor technicians through our Mentor/Apprentice Program, facilitating their professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Your own tools
  • Installation experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

At least 4 years of related experience is preferred
