Guest Services Representative

Your purpose in this role is to provide high-quality impactful customer service, whether by phone or in person. You will champion our mission by sharing accurate information/directions, promoting upcoming events, and providing assistance with gift shop transactions, memberships and program registrations. Attention to detail, ability to resolve issues and multi-tasking are just a few of the key skills essential for success in this role.
Some of the specific responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Warmly greet guests upon their arrival and ensure they feel welcomed by providing cheerful and courteous customer service, whether at the Gatehouse or in the Gift Shop.
- Promote The Arboretum, its programs, classes and events.
- Assist guests with admission into the Arboretum by verifying membership or accepting payment from non-members at the Gatehouse.
- Operate the point of sale system and utilize various computer programs.

The hourly pay range for this position is $13.00 – 14.00.
