HVAC Dispatcher

Receiving emergent and non-emergent calls and dispatching a technician out appropriately.
-Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from work crews, field inspectors, builders, and supervisors.
-Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment.
-Preparing daily work schedules
-Will need to be a self-starter, multi-tasker, and well organized.
-Will need to be dependable and career oriented.
-Sound judgement and critical thinking
- Proficient in English (oral and written) - Spanish is a plus
-Fast typing with experience in data entry
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
-Will need to be able to get along with versatile personalities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00- $20.00 per hour
