We are a brand-new store looking for an outgoing and motivated individual who loves kids and enjoys working in a fun, team-oriented environment to join our team.

The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store and the supervision of employees. This position requires a detailed and analytical approach to management that includes efficient daily task scheduling, problem-solving, and customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining the stores appearance, organizing merchandise, ensuring proper sales floor coverage, and creating a positive customer experience.

Will have flexibility with work schedules; holidays and weekends are a must
Will take ownership of activities occurring on the sales floor

Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze store performance to maximize sales and profits
Ensure that store standards are upheld in areas such as customer service, store cleanliness, and product display
Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of store staff
Ensure that store policies and procedures are communicated and enforced
Address customer complaints and resolve any issues
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
Enforce safety procedures and maintain security systems
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
Help customers find what they are looking for and make recommendations based on their needs
Participate in in-store events and promotions
Work collaboratively with other team members and provide an outstanding customer experience
