ENDICTUS is seeking candidates for a Military Deception (MILDEC) Planner in support of Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) in Quantico, VA.

Assist in MILDEC planning support services include developing and gaining approval for MILDEC plans; MILDEC policy review and development; and integrating MILDEC as a critical enabler of larger military plans, operations, and programs. Provide Senior-level experience, planning MILDEC utilizing military planning processes, e.g.: JPP, MILDEC, OSPEC and supporting training/certification processes. May require off-site support and periodic CONUS and OCONUS travel.

Requirements:

1) Support the development of input for MILDEC planning operations in conjunction with MAGTF operations planners;

2) Support the development of MARFOR, MEF and other MAGTF Tab A to Appendix 6 to Annex I (MILDEC) and Appendix 11 to Annex I (OPSEC) for inclusion in Annex I (Information), for Theater Campaign Orders, Operational Plans, Contingency Plans, Execute Orders (EXORDs), and Theater Security Cooperation Exercises;

3) Support the review and recommendations for MILDEC plans for compliance with legal and policy requirements during development;

4) Support the development of input for MARFOR and other MAGTF planning efforts during the review and approval process;

5) Facilitate coordination with Combatant Command (CCMD) MILDEC and OPSEC planners to ensure planning efforts are nested with ongoing or planned CCMD plans, interface with DC PP&O/PL as required;

6) Facilitate coordination with MAGTF, CCMD, other services, and interagency intelligence community partners for conduit analysis support to OPSEC and MILDEC planning efforts;

7) Participate in MARFOR, NAVFOR, and CCMD OPSEC and MILDEC Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) and Working Groups and provide recommendations to ensure Service equities are represented;

8) Analyze and review MAGTF component plans to operational plans (OPLANS) and contingency plans (CONPLANs) for opportunities to integrate MILDEC efforts;

9) Identify and record MILDEC and OPSEC capability and resource gaps with input from MAGTF planners, and provide recommendations to the MCIOC S-5;

10) Support field user evaluation plan input and documentation for IRC equipment in support of MCCDC, Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL), and other organizations;

11) Support MCWL in the development of deception related, execution and assessment of experimentation for material and non-material gap solutions, and;

12) Participate in advisory capacity at weekly MCIOC staff meetings, working groups, conferences and other events.

Required Experience:

One of the following combinations of education/experience:

· Master's degree and 7 years of related experience

· Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of related experience

· High school diploma and 12 years of related experience

· Proven experience in Military Deception (MILDEC) planning support services

· Active TS/SCI clearance
