Job DescriptionJob Description
Position Summary for the Injection Mold Operator:We are currently hiring Injection Mold Operators for 3rd shift for a manufacturing company in Romeo, MI. Pay is $15.25 per hour PLUS FULL BENEFITS PAID FOR BY COMPANY & QUARTERLY PROFIT SHARING. This is a full time direct hire opportunity.

Shift Time for the Injection Mold Operator:
  • 3rd Shift: 12:00 am – 8:00 am (Sunday – Thursday)
Position Responsibilities of the Injection Mold Operator:
  • Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacture of products.
  • Perform in-process inspection of all parts and/or assemblies in accordance with the requirements stated in the work instructions
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Adhere to Team handbook, quality, safety, and environmental standards, policies, and procedures
  • Assure all safety devices are properly in place and utilized, PPE is always worn correctly, and reporting of any near-misses, injuries or accidents occurs immediately
