Recruiter – Jobsquad Staffing Solutions – we are a fully digital work solution company that connects with great people with great jobs.This position is location in our Warsaw, IN, Full Time, in Office Position.Duties and Responsibilities:Perform the full cycle of the recruiting process from start to finishProcess customer orders, using Social Media platforms to build a strong pipeline of candidates Interview, offer jobs and build relationships with a diverse pool of candidatesMatching candidates to open positions in an effective and timely mannerAdminister drug screens, background checks, and other pre-employment testsConduct orientations, on-boarding, Counsel, discipline, and terminate temporary associates when needInteracting and build relationships with our clients to meet their needs and expectationsDesired Skills and Experience for a Recruiter:Previous Staffing or recruiting experienceExcellent communication skillsAbility to quickly master multiple computer-based programs, strong computer skillsAbility to maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during emotionally charged conversations with associatesAbility to multi-task and follow through with tasks and make appropriate decisions as to what is the most important task to be finishedEnjoy working in a high volume fast-paced environmentWhat Jobsquad Offers:Competitive Salary plus an uncapped Commission structureMedical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance and 401(k)Holiday, Vacation and PTO payMonday -Friday schedule
