SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday - Friday

LOCATION: Charlotte, North Carolina

COMPENSATION: Year 1 = $350,000 annual base salary, plus 33% of Net collections over $1M. Year 2 = 33% of Net Collections.

SIGN-ON BONUS: $50,000

RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: $10,000

OWNERSHIP/EQUITY: Offered after 1 year

Compensation:

$350,000+

Responsibilities:
  • Successfully integrate into the local community while bringing advanced surgical skills to our esteemed team.
  • Elevate service quality by demonstrating exceptional communication abilities, genuine enthusiasm for patient interactions, and a strong dedication to continuous learning.
  • Fulfill key requirements, such as possessing a DDS or DMD degree, completing an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery certification from ADA-accredited programs, and holding a valid dentistry license in North Carolina.
Qualifications:
  • The candidate must possess a DDS or DMD degree for the position in Charlotte, NC, US.
  • Successful completion of a certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from ADA-accredited programs is a mandatory requirement.
  • Holding a valid license to practice dentistry in the state of North Carolina is essential.
