Position Overview
The ADP Consultant will assist in establishing ADP as Thrive’s Global System of Record. ADP is currently Thrive’s North American payroll system; this person will implement ADP globally for payroll, performance, PTO tracking and connect ADP to our ATS (Jazz HR). This position involves working closely with our internal team and ADP to understand our specific needs, configure ADP systems to meet those requirements, and provide training and support throughout the implementation process.
Responsibilities
Work with our internal stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for the ADP system
Ensure all systems (payroll, ATS, performance management, etc.) are integrated with ADP and ADP services as the Global System of Record
Conduct thorough assessment of client needs and business processes
Help manage the project timeline and deliverables to ensure timely and successful implementation
Validate data accuracy and integrity throughout the implementation process
Communicate project status and potential issues to the CFO and relevant stakeholders
Assist in the accurate import and migration of data to ADP
Ensure all system setups are accurate and adhere to our business requirements and best practices
Provide training sessions to our staff on the effective use of ADP systems
Offer ongoing support during and after implementation to address any issues and ensure smooth operation
Qualifications
Minimum eight years of ADP Implementation and upgrade experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university; advanced degree in finance, accounting, business information systems
Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a client facing business communications level
Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality
