We are currently looking for an Experienced Drain & Sewer Manager to join our team in the Bainbridge, GA area.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage and train all drain and sewer technicians 
  • Meet with customers and sell jobs
  • Train and mentor team in sales
  • Be responsible for the overall profitability of the department 
  • Achieve targeted KPIs 
  • Execute general business functions for the Sewer & Drain team
  • Monitor technician performance and implement corrective actions  
  • Work closely with the Office Manager & Lead Dispatcher to monitor and adjust the dispatch board 
  • Be onsite for large jobs to ensure high-quality and efficient work is being done 
  • Review estimates to ensure the jobs are bid properly
  • Working with Human Resources to identify, interview and hire new Technicians 
What Makes You Great? 
  • You have at least 3 years of management experience in the plumbing industry, sewer and drain experience preferred 
  • Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members 
  • You hold people accountable to ensure policies and processes are followed by all 
  • You drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives 
  • You are detail-oriented and highly organized with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment 
  • You are proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). 
Additional Requirements 
  • Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, background check & and motor vehicle check 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
