Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Worker to become a vital part of our warehouse team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will handle a variety of tasks, from receiving and processing shipments to managing inventory and fulfilling orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Inspection: Unload and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe, ensuring that products are stored properly.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move and store materials.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to optimize warehouse operations and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
