General Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to feed information into the system ERP (Deacom) and PC. Provide support to the office and Warehouse Manager. Maintain receiving material books daily. Organize and maintain inventories. Conduct inventories. Maintain and organize files. Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

·Must be able to communicate efficiently in English and Spanish.

·Be knowledgeable in advance math.

·Basic computer knowledge.

·Inventory control and preparation knowledge.

·General office duties experience.

·Be organized.

·Follow all safety guidelines and safety policies.

·Follow all GMP’s.

·Attend Safety and Quality training as required.

·All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

·High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Experience:

·One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Key Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

LANGUAGE SKILLS

·Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

·Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

REASONING ABILITY

·Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITES

·Ability to complete paperwork. Basic computer skills required. Excellent organizational, planning and attention to detail. Initiative to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision required. Good communication and interpersonal skills required.

Must have ability to work off shifts and weekends. Required to travel to other facilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to herbal aromas, dust, and/or airborne particles. The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to fumes, cold, and heat.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
