Stainless Design Concepts (SDC®), a subsidiary of CVD Equipment Corporation, is a manufacturer of Ultra-High-Purity (UHP) gas and chemical delivery systems for high-tech fabrication processes.

Stainless Design Concepts (SDC®) located in Saugerties, NY has an opportunity for an Electrical Assembler who will wire and assemble electrical and electronic circuits and systems of parts and sub-assemblies in the manufacture of Gas and Chemical Delivery Systems.

What you will do:

• Proactively adhere to all safety standards and established protocols.
  
• Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
  
• Identify components and wiring information from schematics and perform point-to-point wiring.
  
• Fabricate and install wiring harnesses, ducts, track, and cabling.
  
• Install Electro-mechanical components to custom main frame assemblies.
  
• Perform cabling, harnessing and PCA manufacturing.
  
• Ensure product conformance to specification.
  
• Operate small hand and power tools such as drills, taps, etc.
  

Education & Experience

• High School graduate or equivalent with Vocational/Trade School/Military training in Electrical Concepts or equivalent experience.
  
• 1+ years of relevant electrical assembly and wiring experience.
  

Required Skill & Abilities

• Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  
• Skills required in handling basic or simple tools and/or measuring devices such as tape measure, caliper, etc.
  
• Attention to detail.
  
• Ability to regularly lift 30 – 50 pounds
  
• Dexterity in handling tools, measuring devices, and the manual assembly of parts and pieces quickly and accurately.
