Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Pediatric LPNs to join our team. As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will play a crucial role in caring for children with diverse medical needs. Responsibilities:


  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Assess and monitor patients' conditions, implementing appropriate interventions
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members and communicate with families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications:


  • LPN license in FL
  • Pediatric nursing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
  • Reliable transportation
  • CPR certification
  • Level II Background Screening
