Job Description

We are looking to fill entry-level positions in our Bread Baking and Croissant departments. You are going to get proper training from our professional bakers who know the ins and outs of handcrafting high-quality artisanal organic breads. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our ever-growing bakery

You do not need previous experience in the baking industry, just strong motivation and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.

As a Full-Time Baker, you will be responsible for:

  • Working in a team environment to follow recipes and standard operating procedures
  • Maintaining tools and personal hygiene to ensure food safety and quality standards
  • Preparing flour and other ingredients by hand or assisted with commercial bakery equipment
  • Shaping dough to bake different types of bread or croissants
  • Operating commercial bakery equipment such as commercial ovens, loaders, dough mixers, proofers
  • Working quickly to ensure production targets are met

Hours
For this position, you must have open scheduling availability to work any day of the week

  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
  • 5 days a week including Saturday and Sunday

Requirements

  • Open availability to work any day of the week
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Able to work in a standing position for 8+ hours shifts.
  • Reading, writing, speaking, listening comprehension proficiency in English
