ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking to hire an experienced part-time garage attendant to work Friday/Saturday from 3PM-11PM. If you're hard-working and dedicated. Worth Ross Mgt., Co is an ideal place to get ahead. Assist in the daily cleaning of the interior and exterior of a luxury high-rise condo community. Mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and power washing. Team player and a strong desire to advance their career in a fast-paced environment. Ability to walk, stand, climb ladders, and carry objects up to 50 lbs. Ability to work closely with others.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Clean garbage compactor, and receptacles, and take out waste management containers.
  • Ensure equipment and facilities are safe, clean, and organized
  • Report any safety concerns that need to be addressed
  • Vacuuming, sweeping, disinfecting, and mopping common areas and vestibule areas
  • Pick up recyclables, trash and break down cardboard
  • Maintains elevators, pool furniture, outdoor kitchen, garage levels and building perimeter

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Possess demonstrated a willingness to learn other property tasks

  • Practices good safety habits
  • Prior experience as a porter or housekeeper preferred and/or basic maintenance experience
