Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our HR initiatives and ensuring smooth daily operations within the HR department. You will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits, and compliance. The successful candidates will need to have a desire to work at a very fast pace in a high-volume environment.Responsibilites Update employee policies and the employee handbook Conduct new hire orientation and complete onboarding process.
Promote an environment of open communication and problem resolution.
Work directly with recruitment partners for maximum industry talent acquisition. Provide advice and counsel on employee relations issues and employee inquiries.
Analyze and track key HR metrics and recommend programs to improve underperforming areas. Maintain HR related systems and records including personnel files, time & attendance and HRIS updates.
Support performance appraisal processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Serve as the primary "go to person" for employees with any day-to-day issues related to pay, benefits or their employment in general.
Assit with benefits enrollemnent and administrative processes, educating employees on availability benefits and handling benefits-related inqueries. Source, screen and work with hiring managers to select the highest caliber candidates with large volume staffing demands for both factory and managerial positions. Maintain regular communication with managers/supervisors regarding employee issues and open positions to ensure the best possible candidates are selected in the shortest possible time period.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR related work with knoeledge of HR functions and best practices.
Familiarrtiy with employment laws and regualtions with experience handling employee relations issues. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Adminsitration, or related field. Proficiency with Microsoft product suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Proficiency in HR or administrative enterprise systems. Proficiency in payroll platforms a plus.
Experience in manufacturing a plus.
