We are looking for a motivated and experienced Internet Sales Manager to join our team and drive our online sales efforts.


Job Description: The Internet Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the dealership's online sales department. This includes responding to internet inquiries, managing online inventory, developing online marketing strategies, and ensuring a seamless online customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to leverage digital tools and platforms to maximize sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to internet leads and inquiries.
  • Develop and implement effective online marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
  • Manage and update online vehicle inventory across multiple platforms.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from online inquiry to in-store experience.
  • Train and mentor sales staff on best practices for internet sales and customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze online sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, with a focus on internet sales.
  • Track record of success as an Internet or BDC Manager or Internet Sales position 
  • Strong understanding of online marketing techniques and digital tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
