Leasing Assistant

Entry Level Position in a fast-growing Property Management Company

Part Time or Full Time (flexible schedule)

Pay Rate: based on experience (Willing to train right person)


Tasks Include:

- Serving/Delivering notices

- Putting up signs

- Taking pictures of properties

- Inspecting occupied and vacant apartments

- Making keys/changing locks

- Picking up/dropping off lock-boxes

- Coin collection

- Escorting inspectors and maintenance vendors

- Returning phone calls to prospective tenants

- Showing apartments

- Light maintenance

- Light cleaning

- Other related duties as assigned


Schedule: Typically, Monday - Friday but occasionally schedule will be Tuesday - Saturday


Driver's License and Vehicle Required.
