Pinnacle Delivery Service LLC, is the TOP PERFORMING Amazon Delivery Service Provider in Kent, WA. THIS POSITION IS BASED OUT OF DWA6 in KENT, WA.

We proudly serve the Mercer Island, Beacon Hill, Central District, and Eastgate (Bellevue) areas.

How are we different from other DSPs?
1. We operate a “Shared Success” business model. 40% of Scorecard Bonuses earned are paid to our team members based on their individual performance.
2. We recognize that our delivery drivers are our biggest asset and treat each as a professional with trust and respect. That said, we do not tolerate underperforming individuals who affect the overall team performance.
3. We pay our drivers above the minimum rate required by Amazon for our station.
4. We are fanatical about Safety while driving and delivery.
5. We care about you and your career success. Many of our former teammates have gone on to successful careers in other fields based on our recommendations and references.

As a Driver Associate for Pinnacle Delivery Service LLC, we have four simple rules:
1. Show up on time and be ready to work.
2. Provide quality delivery experience.
3. Safe, incident-free driving.
4. Go home safe and sound.
Pay starts at $22.00/hr. However, most of our drivers earn $23-$25+ with weekly bonuses

  • After a successful 90-day review focused on Pace, Attendance, Quality, and Safety. base pay may increase to $22.25/hr.
*Signing Bonus:
New candidate must complete an average of 3 routes per week for 16 consecutive weeks after completion of training to qualify for signing bonus.

If this all sounds good, you must:
  • Be 21 years or older
  • Have a valid Driver’s License
  • Successful drug test (THC/Marijuana is okay).
  • Possess a positive, “can-do” customer-first attitude.
  • Be 100 % Reliable: Report to Work on Time, Every Day.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and willing to work at a fast pace in all types of weather.
  • Perform a minimum of 20-25 stops per hour.
The Details:
  • Start time: 10:15 am sharp. End time: typically, 8:00 pm or earlier.
  • Typical Schedule: Sun-Wed, Wed-Sat, and Fri-Mon
  • Paid training
  • We provide all the tools to do the job. (Van, phone, uniform, etc)
  • Overtime after 40 clocked hours (time and a half).
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued from day 1.
  • Health, Dental, and Vision coverage are available after 30 days for FTEs
  • 401k (matching) after 90 days, vested after 18 months.
