We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Automotive Dealership Warranty Assistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations related to warranty claims and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


Warranty Claims Processing:

· Efficiently manage warranty claims submission, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.

· Scanning documents.

· Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to gather necessary information for claim processing.


Documentation and Record Keeping:

· Maintain organized and up-to-date records of warranty claims, ensuring compliance with dealership and manufacturer requirements.

· Reconciling factory statements.

· Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to warranty performance.


Collaboration with Other Departments:

· Work closely with the Service and Parts departments to coordinate the resolution of warranty issues.


Continuous Improvement:

· Identify opportunities for process improvement in warranty claim procedures and contribute to the development of best practices.

· Stay informed about manufacturer warranty policies and updates.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in automotive technology or administration is a plus.

· Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive dealership environment is a bonus but not required.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office. Dealership management systems a plus.
