Magnolia Foods LLC is currently seeking a 3rd Shift Warehouse Clerk to join our team for our Mira Loma, CA 92376.

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for shipments and deliveries and keeps the warehouse office organized. It requires the ability to perform administrative and clerical details necessary to keep the warehouse running smoothly. Document control, PO’s, execute and audit monthly safety trainings.


DUTIES

  • The Warehouse Clerk processes orders, accepts deliveries, and assists drivers with product pickups and payment.
  • Tracks and logs all product inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses.
  • Ensure warehouse employees are current with forklift certification
  • Inspects all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items.
  • Addresses complaints about product, shipping, or damaged products with Supervisor.
  • Uses NetSuite to receive and issue PO’s and fulfill orders
  • Keeps warehouse area clean and organized.
  • Reports to Warehouse Supervisor to alert them of any issues with shipping or receiving.

Skills

  • Possesses strong organizational skills and time management.
  • Is detail-oriented and capable of noticing small errors on orders or defective aspects of products.
  • Strong communication skills, essential for working with other employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of computer skills.
  • Demonstrates the alertness to work around forklifts.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety precautions.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • High School
  • Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, picklists, engineering drawings, sales orders, work orders, pictures, email, etc Knowledge of ISO-9001 standard or aptitude to learn.
  • Ability to learn the layout of the warehouse.
  • Ability to learn about the different products of Magnolia Foods as well as the code numbers for the flour and corn tortillas, sopes, etc.
  • Ability to collect the order exactly as written in the picking list until completing it.
  • Ability to finish orders on time.
  • Ability to interact with customers.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
