Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to join our team in Princeton, NJ. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Ariba modules and a solid understanding of SAP MM and its integration with Ariba. This role requires hands-on experience in various SAP Ariba suites and proven expertise in at least two end-to-end Ariba implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and deploy SAP Ariba solutions to support P2P business processes.
  • Build interfaces with SAP and legacy systems, utilizing IDOC, XML, and other integration methods.
  • Configure approval workflows across upstream and downstream solutions.
  • Identify, understand, and define customer needs, objectives, and business requirements to propose the best solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration with S4HANA and manage master data integration between S4HANA and Ariba.
  • Work on guided buying, invoicing processing, catalog management, spend visibility, and the P2P process.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the procurement process, commerce automation, and Ariba Network.
  • Provide expertise in SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contract Management, Supplier Information and Performance Management, Supplier Risk Management, and Financial Supply Chain.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with SAP Ariba modules.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, Ariba Buying and Invoicing, and Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration.
  • Proven experience in at least two end-to-end Ariba implementation projects.
  • Functional experience in upstream (sourcing & contracts) and downstream (procurement and invoicing) integration (CIG) in S4HANA implementation.
  • Experience with EDI/XML integration between S4HANA and Ariba.
  • Proficient in configuring approval workflows and integrating solutions into existing business and technical environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to relate technical issues to a business audience competently.
