This role focuses on maintaining application inventories, providing frontline support to American Water employees, and ensuring the successful integration of new capabilities into projects. The individual will collaborate across technology domains and business functions, troubleshoot systems, and assist with the management of production schedules while ensuring data privacy and governance.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain application and interface inventories and integrate new capabilities into project and product management.
- Provide frontline support through calls, chats, and emails, escalating issues as necessary.
- Assist in the management of hardware platforms and production schedules.
- Analyze system malfunctions and take corrective action; escalate unresolved issues to senior support levels.
- Ensure data privacy and governance in all projects.
- Monitor IT systems (SAP, Network infrastructure, badge systems, security systems) and perform threat assessments.
- Create and manage tickets in the ITSM system, troubleshoot issues, and support basic IT functions.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Information Systems or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, mobile platforms, and Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent verbal, written, and collaboration skills.
- Customer service and client relations experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and learn quickly.
- Knowledge of procurement, contract management, and vendor management is a plus.
