The Stonebreaker Inn, opening Fall 2024, is actively searching for a Restaurant/Club Supervisor that is a detail oriented, organized, and responsible team player to join our team of hospitality professionals.

Stonebreaker Inn, formerly the Pratt Place Inn was first opened in 2008 as an independent, locally owned and operated boutique hotel located on 144-acres at the top of Markham Hill, one of the Seven Hills in Fayetteville Arkansas. The 18,900sf building will be renovated and transformed to offer an extensive F&B program with significant outdoor dining and private dining options, a Membership Club Lounge, well-appointed spa, and check in area for guests.

The ability of our Host Associates to proficiently multi-task provides guests at Hay Creek properties a secure, comfortable confidence that their service expectations will be exceeded.

Essential Functions:

  • Greeting members and guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere
  • Be thoroughly familiar with menu items and related materials.
  • Undertake all reasonable tasks requested by management.
  • Represent a positive working liaison with all other members of the kitchen and front of house staff.
  • Consciously assist and facilitate programing in all company promotions/events.
  • Practice cleanliness and safety in all dining areas, liquor and wine storage areas.
  • Participate in daily staff meetings and department training meetings.
  • Assist team members as needed to promote a positive teamwork environment.
  • Attend all scheduled meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Comply with all Hotel and SBH standards and policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Assist in resolving any complaints and communicate disgruntled guests to management.
  • Practice conscious knowledge of food allergies for guests.
  • Address each guest using the S.E.A.C. method.
  • Understand and practice all SBH safety and security procedures, including Emergency Evacuation Procedures, Accident Reporting, Right to Know Law, Written Information Security Program, Bloodborne Pathogen Procedures, Anti-Harassment Policy, and Violence in the Workplace Policy.


Hotel Required Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a club or similar member-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members, guests, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our members.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, and/or marketing is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
