POSITION OVERVIEW (School Lead):
As a School Lead, you will play a crucial role in the administrative and educational operations of our institution. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities, fostering a positive learning environment, managing staff, and ensuring the implementation of educational standards and policies. This role is for a person aspiring for higher level school leadership such as Principal or C-level roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES (School Lead):
- Administrative Oversight:
- Work closely with the principal and leadership to manage the overall administrative functions of the school, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to education and school administration.
- Educational Leadership:
- Work closely with the principal Provide visionary leadership in setting educational goals and objectives for the school.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum plans that align with educational standards and promote student success.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing effective assessment and evaluation strategies.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, hire, and train qualified teaching and administrative staff.
- Provide ongoing support and professional development opportunities for staff members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality of education delivery.
- Student Engagement and Support:
- Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of all students.
- Implement strategies to address the individual needs of students and promote student engagement and retention.
- Work closely with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders to support student success and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Foster open communication and collaboration among staff, students, parents, and community members.
- Represent the school in meetings, conferences, and other community events.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local educational agencies, businesses, and community organizations.
QUALIFICATIONS (School Lead):
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching or administrative certification/license.
- Proven experience in educational leadership, including at least [insert number] years of experience in a leadership role within a school or educational institution.
