The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fuel Heavy Maintenance Construction Lead to join our team. The Construction Lead is responsible for coordinating construction activities, supervising on-site teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Lead and supervise on site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure efficient and high-quality work
  • Oversee all construction activities, ensuring work is performed to the highest quality standards
  • Enforce strict safety protocols and adherence to regulatory requirements on the construction site
  • Ensure construction work meets established quality standards and project specifications
  • Maintain accurate and up to date project documentation, including plans, permits, and progress reports

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Construction Lead or in a similar construction management role
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with construction software and project management tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
