Do you have experience working with individuals with dementia? We are looking for caregivers with a passion for providing specialized care to join our team. No CNA certification is required; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Part-time and Full-time opportunities are available through New London County.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide specialized care for clients with dementia
  • Assist with personal hygiene and daily activities
  • Monitor and manage behavioral changes
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
Qualifications:


  • High school diploma/GED
  • Experience with dementia care preferred
  • CNA License preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Willingness to complete specialized training
