Job Overview:

As the Entry Level Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will work closely with the sales team to generate leads and drive sales, as well as collaborate with the product development team to ensure our offerings meet the needs of our target market. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to jump start their career in marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote MENUTECH's products and services

- Conduct market research to identify target audience and understand competitor landscape

- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support sales efforts

- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed

- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners

- Work with the product development team to ensure our offerings meet the needs of our target market

- Assist with the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B or technology company

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis

- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Passion for technology and the restaurant industry
