Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operation in a manufacturing setting. The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will perform preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and make necessary repairs to keep machinery running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine maintenance on industrial equipment such as conveyors, motors, and production machines.

2. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

3. Inspect and test machinery to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety standards.

4. Collaborate with production staff to address maintenance needs and schedule repairs accordingly.

5. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs and parts inventory.

6. Comply with company policies and procedures regarding safety and maintenance practices.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

- Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
