Part-Time Associate Licensed Therapist

This part-time role involves managing a caseload and neurofeedback services through primarily in-person sessions with some telehealth options. Our patients are driven to heal; a thorough phone assessment ensures compatibility for successful treatment outcomes, enabling clinicians to effectively care for and discharge patients. $30 per hour
Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions treating trauma-related issues
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of patients undergoing neurofeedback treatment
- Perform intake assessments for individuals seeking neurofeedback therapy
- Conduct therapy sessions for individuals managing PTSD, depression, and anxiety
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Engage in clinical consultations and participate in Neurofeedback clinical rounds and educational training sessions
- Develop expertise in combining neurofeedback with EMDR and other therapeutic modalities
- Demonstrate punctuality, consistency, and strong organizational skills
- Must possess an Associate-level license in psychotherapy in the state of Connecticut, such as LMSW or LPCA
- Required to have training in EMDR or other trauma-focused therapies, or agree to receive training
- Must adhere to ethical standards in the field
- Must possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Should be familiar with utilizing an Electronic Health Record, and be capable of documenting quickly
- Demonstrated commitment to working in a collaborative team
- Open to developing and expanding their clinical practice
- Must demonstrate the ability to accommodate changing clinical requirements
- Available to work later afternoons, early evenings and Saturdays
