Are you a skilled technician with expertise in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and a knack for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems? We are seeking a Senior Boiler Controls Technician to join our team at our facility in Fenton, MO (63026).

Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting boiler control systems, utilizing your knowledge of PLCs and various machine brands such as Allen Bradley, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Omron. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of our facility's boiler systems.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair boiler control systems
  • Troubleshoot PLCs to identify and resolve issues
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical problems
  • Identify and repair equipment component deficiencies both mechanical and electrical.
  • Perform boiler start-ups in the field.
  • Conduct boiler planned maintenance.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 year’s experience with industrial electrical and control systems - required.
  • Proficiency in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
  • Strong PLC troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with electrical troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting techniques
  • Familiarity with machine brands such as Allen Bradley, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Omron
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
