The Ohio Art Company, a world leader in the metal decorating business, and a Northwest Ohio company in business for over 115 years, has an opening in our Maintenance Department.

Full Time FIRST SHIFT


The ideal candidate would have experience performing the following duties:


* Performing grounds keeping and building maintenance duties such as mowing lawn, shoveling snow, trimming shrubs

* Performing routine maintenance duties to include applying plaster, fixing fountains, etc

* Performing preventive maintenance, repair, and installation in connection with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and the

exterior and interior of buildings.

* Checking and responding to security and safety issues

* Keeping records of inspections and problems

* Overseeing building maintenance contract and service work; process and contract out repair requests

* Operating lift trucks, floor sweepers, and other maintenance equipment as needed

Regular attendance is required in this fast paced environment. A high school diploma or GED along with 2 + years of building and grounds maintenance experience required.
