Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth office operations? We're looking for a dynamic individual with 1 or more years of experience in customer service and office administration to join our team. Experience in the roofing or commercial HVAC industry is preferred, but not required.
Main Job Duties:
- Generate invoices for our RoofShield and Commercial HVAC services.
- Manage membership administration for our Commercial HVAC service and RoofSHIELD.
- Provide backup support for dispatching as needed.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Proficiency in operating personal computers and software, including scheduling, spreadsheet, database, and word processing applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school level reading and writing proficiency; must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Accurate data entry skills.
