Job Summary:
Palm Coast Ford, a renowned automotive dealership in Palm Coast, Florida is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as an Automotive Sales Associate. This is a full-time, salary based sales job in the fast-paced and dynamic auto industry. As an individual contributor, the candidate will have the opportunity to showcase their sales skills and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.  Previous or current experience in automotive sales is Not a MUST

Compensation & Benefits:
The selected candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $100,000, paid weekly. In addition, our compensation package includes performance-based bonuses, medical and dental insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, employee discounts, and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their vehicle purchase by providing product information and conducting test drives.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best vehicle options.
- Utilize various sales techniques to close deals and meet monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the finance team to secure financing and complete all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive trends, product features, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain the showroom and vehicle inventory, ensuring all vehicles are presentable and in working condition.
- Attend sales training and meetings to continuously improve sales skills and stay updated on dealership policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Prior sales experience in the automotive industry is Not a MUST.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet monthly sales targets.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
