We are seeking a candidate who loves plants and horticulture as well as the craft of ornamental pruning to join our team of outdoor professionals.

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled pruner with 3+ years of experience in the craft of ornamental pruning of trees and shrubs. A lead pruner must have the knowledge to blend aesthetic and horticulture resulting in beautiful, well-structured plants. Successful candidate will exhibit strong working knowledge of all types of hand pruning and necessary tools. Experience in tree care and arboricultural practices and techniques a plus.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of horticulture and plant identification

• Able to lead a small team in pruning projects

• Industry certifications including MCH and MCLP are preferred but not required

• 3+ years of experience in Ornamental pruning
