SCOPE: Candidate will work in the Cost Review Unit department in the Poughkeepsie, NY office.
• Review orders on contract from field estimators for contract compliance.
• Manage all orders on contract within a geographical location.
• Estimate and negotiate orders on contract with contractors in accordance with the contract.
• Review dispute letters, analyze contract documents and make contract interpretation on validity of dispute.
• Act as liaison between contractors, field personnel, client, executive staff and contract management on issues and complex matters.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or associates degree with 2 years’ of estimating experience or 4 years’ experience as an estimator.
• OSHA 30.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Estimating experience in all areas of construction preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with all management levels.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

PAY RATE: $40.00-$50.00/Hourly Salary. Actual compensation will depend on the individual’s qualifications, education, skills, and experience.
JOB LOCATION: On-Site at the Poughkeepsie, NY Office
