Cardinal Maintenance Service is looking for qualified candidates for the position of Floor Technician in the vicinity of the Hampton Roads area.

Evenings 6:00 pm-10:00 pm (M-F)

Benefits: 11 holidays and

2 weeks vacation after 1 year of employment

Compensation:

$21.61 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Floor Techs are responsible for working within a team or individually by performing buffing, scrubbing, stripping/refinishing floors, carpet extracting, and other miscellaneous cleaning tasks
Qualifications:

  • Experience and knowledge of performing custodial tasks and/or floorcare
  • Knowledge of operating different types of floor machines including buffers, wet/dry vacuums, carpet extractors, and auto scrubbers
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Performs other custodial duties as assigned
  • Must have own transportation, hold a valid driver’s license, and pass a government background check for JLAB access
  • Pass JLAB training requirements
