Physical requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit.
- Frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms.
- Be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform routine service on trucks and equipment which includes checking fluid levels, changing filters and greasing all necessary components.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all services performed.
- Provide a high level of quality control standards and reliability ensuring equipment readiness and be able to recognize potential problems or damage and relay information to appropriate supervisor.
- Basic knowledge of truck and equipment functionality is required.
- Potential candidates must be self-motivated and can work alone.
- This position is a swing shift position and is able to be on-call for emergencies.
- Must have good driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Compensation:
- $20-25 Hourly DOE
