Hoxton Circle has partnered with a local client with a long-history in Monterey County to add a bilingual HR Director to start quickly and work directly with managerial directors and stakeholders across the company's portfolio of subsidiaries. The job will be 5-days onsite in Salinas, with great benefits and potential bonus opportunity. The duties are as follows.

Job Duties:

  • Handle full cycle recruiting, including recruitment partner relations.
  • Employee relations from onboarding to training.
  • Handle all workers compensation, leave and benefits administration.
  • Work closely with the company worker's union.
  • Work closely with Corporate HR Director in addition to company managerial partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
  • 3-4 years of HR experience up to Generalist/Manager
  • 2+ years working with unions
  • Fully Bilingual and Biliterate in English/Spanish
