We are currently seeking a skilled Welding Supervisor to join our team at our facility in Conroe, TX, 77303. As a Welding Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating welding operations to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong welding skills and leadership abilities to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate welding activities to meet production goals and quality standards
  • Perform TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored Arc welding as required
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ITAR regulations
  • Operate forklift to move materials and equipment as necessary
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize welding processes
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding setups for production
  • Perform shop math calculations to ensure accurate measurements and dimensions
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a TIG Welder, Stick Welder, and Flux-Cored Arc Welder
  • Prior experience with ISO 9001 certification and ITAR registration
  • Valid forklift license
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
  • Excellent shop math skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Experience in welding setups for production

You should be proficient in:

  • ITAR Registration Experience
  • Lean Manufacturing Principles
  • Shop Math Skills
