About Us: We are seeking a dedicated Outbound Clerk to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an organized individual with expertise in Excel, Word, import/export processes, and outbound dispatching.

Responsibilities:
-Coordinates import, export, customs, and shipping activities for the department
-Perform clerical duties, including but not limited to, data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
-Manage import/export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
-Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
-Assist in dispatching tasks, including assigning routes, scheduling deliveries, and communicating with drivers.
-Must have strong Excel skills to create and update spreadsheets, track data, and generate reports.
-Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and managing invoices.

Requirements:
-Warehouse and/or shipping/receiving experience. Import-export experience highly preferred
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Proven experience as an Administrative Clerk or similar role.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.
-Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Must be punctual and able to work consistently with no absences.
