Master Aesthetician

This premier and well-established medical spa located in the Near West End of Richmond is seeking a Master Aesthetician for our fast-growing, ultraluxury medical spa. The ideal candidate will be a team player and self-motivated, with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities of the Spa's Aesthetician include:

• Develops care plans based on patients individual needs.
• Performs professional facial, body, and laser treatments within scope of practice and licensing.
• Performs a range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments to include but not limited to facials, dermaplaning, micro-needling, chemical peels, HydraFacial, DiamondGlow and laser treatments such as laser hair removal, IPL and Morpheus8.
• Experience with non-surgical body contour treatments, such as Coolsculpting, is a plus.
• Promotes the consistency of health, wellness, and routine skincare benefits to sell products, services and packages.
• Participates in promoting services throughout the Spa.

The schedule for this position can be flexible. We are looking for an aesthetician willing to work:

• Two evenings per week (12 p.m. to 8 p.m.)
• Two days per week (9 a.m. to 4/5 p.m.)
• Two to three Saturdays per month
• Every Sunday and Monday off

Qualifications for a successful candidate include:

• Valid VA state license with over 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics
• Ability to multitask, maintain teamwork with positive attitude
• Participation in advanced training and continuing education requirements
• Possess strong sales orientation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Advocate a strong team and collaborative focus
