The Hatcher Group seeks experienced warehouse fulfillment specialists to receive shipments, maintain inventory, and process orders for client operations. The ideal candidates will prioritize efficient operations, safety, and attention to detail.  

  • Pay Rate: $20-$30 per hour, based on previous experience 

  • Location: Jessup, MD (on-site) 

  • Days: Monday – Friday  

  • Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Receive all shipments, controls, and tracks their location and maintains accurate inventory.    

  • Execute inventory management, order processing, and shipping coordination.   

  • Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders, maintaining a high level of precision to meet customer expectations.   

  • Utilize warehouse management systems and related technologies to track inventory levels, update order statuses, and optimize warehouse processes.   

  • Perform quality checks, address order discrepancies, and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.   

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace by adhering to safety protocols and operational procedures. 

  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications and Skills 

  • 2+ years of distribution and/or warehouse fulfillment experience 

  • Prior experience with heavy machinery or forklifts is highly desired 

  • Excellent verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment 

  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 100 lbs. 

  • Ability to speak, read, and write English with proficiency 

  • Must be a US Citizen 

  • Successfully pass a background check and drug test 

  • As security clearance may be required, all applicants should be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
