Job DescriptionJob Description

The Transportation Clerk in the Lynchburg Freight Division will have administrative responsibility for driver recordkeeping.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Process driver logs
  • Filing equipment maintenance information
  • Monitor due dates for driver required activities and equipment maintenance requirements
  • Record weekly driver records for payment processing
  • Support the Transportation Manager with Truck Dispatch
  • Order permits for oversize loads
  • Manage back haul boards


Background/Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years background in trucking industry.
  • Microsoft Excel

Day Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm
